Sandra Willis (Registered Migration Agent No. 1065436) is the principal migration consultant of Visa Assist Australia. Sandra holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law & Practice from the Australian National University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Cross University. Sandra has experience in Partner visas and other Family visa options having successfully advised and represented numerous clients over her many years of practice.

Dr. Nathan Willis

Nathan Willis (Registered Migration Agent No. 1467692) is a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a Solicitor and Barrister of the High Court of Australia. Nathan completed the Juris Doctor (Law) degree at the University of Southern Queensland and was awarded the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement. Nathan further completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Australian National University. He has been published in numerous academic journals and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree. He has extensive experience in Child, Orphan Relative, Humanitarian, Protection, Skilled Migration and Employer Sponsored visas. In addition, he has represented numerous clients successfully before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and with Ministerial Intervention and other complex matters.

Chloe Willis (Registered Migration Agent No. 2518940) is a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Chloe completed a double degree with Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Laws at Southern Cross University. She further completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. Chloe also holds a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice. She has extensive experience with Employer Sponsored visas, Child visas and Citizenship matters.

Maree Dunne is a Justice of the Peace who has worked cross culturally for some years and holds a qualification in Business Administration. She assists Nathan with visas including humanitarian visas to ensure that the information provided to the department is clear and precise.

Reuben has completed his law degree at Southern Cross University and is enrolled at the College of Law, where he is undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is expected to complete the program by August 2025. He is also a Justice of the Peace (JP) in New South Wales.

Reuben manages the Visa Assist Australia office located in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane. In this role, he primarily focuses on preparing Written Submissions to the Department of Home Affairs and the Administrative Review Tribunal. He works closely with Nathan Willis on complex immigration matters and continues to assist Sandra Willis with specific immigration submissions.
